With Other Users

Your profile, posts, and event listings are visible to other Mob users according to the privacy settings you choose. Messages are visible only to their intended recipients.

With Service Providers

We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service — cloud hosting, payment processing, push notifications, analytics, and customer support. These vendors are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

For Safety & Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mob, our users, or the public. This includes reporting CSAE content to NCMEC as required by law.

Business Transfers

If Mob is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

With Your Consent

We may share your information in other ways with your explicit consent.

Push Notifications

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or through app settings.


6. Children's Privacy

Mob is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum digital age in your country, up to 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
